Amazon Prime Day 2020

Instead of splitting this post into a bunch of mini-posts I just thought it would be easier to throw all my favorites into one. Trying to keep things simple in 2020, that and as I’m writing this and scrolling through Amazon for the best deals Emilia is going back and forth between climbing on the table to steal my water and asking for a snack every two seconds. Motherhood ya know?

1. Flyaway Tamer: Okay this nifty little tube of what looks like clear mascara is a game-changer if you are fighting that never-ending battle with your baby hairs like I am. I go from looking like a rooster to a normal human being in under a minute. So trust me, you need this.
2. Revlon hair dryer Brush: I’m beyond behind the game with this one, I just always felt it was a little gimmicky. But I caved finally and got it and this is coming from someone who hates nothing more than to dry her hair. It works. It used to take my ages to brush out and dry my hair but not anymore, killing two birds with one stone with this thing
3. Floor Pillow: I saw Katey Mcfarlan from Chronicles of Frivolity share this and decided I had to have it from baby boy, I had the bobby lounger with Emilia but she outgrew that so quickly. This one is nice a big and can be used for a while. I might even get one for Emilia!
4. Water Flosser: Up until I had Emilia I had pretty good teeth, and then I was so sick all the time and my teeth aren’t as good as they used to be which sucks but it happens to the best of us. With that being said I also have a permanent retainer attached to the back of my teeth and find it hard to floss. In comes this guy, flossing made easy and less messy.
5. Toddler Snack cup: My child is a snacker though and through. So we have about four or five snack cups for trips out and things like that. But this one is my favorite. It folds down so it doesn’t take up a lot of space and it’s cute, which is rare for most functional kids items.
6. DIY Manicure kit: 2020 has been the year of the DIY mani am I right? at one point this kit was around $50 and almost never in stock but today it’s been included in prime day! Ladies run this kit has saved more nails this year than the nail salons.
7. Beauty Sponge: this pack of five sponges is actually beauty blender at a fraction of the cost. No more stocking up and dropping $40 at a time.
8. Stroller Fan: We live in NC and summers can be very hot and very humid, top that off with the fact Emilia freaks out the second she gets hot I needed a good fan that wouldn’t die on me in five minutes. We went through a few before I finally got my hands on this one. Obsessed with it and will be buying another for when the baby comes.
9. Instant Pot: I use my instant pot for literally so many things it’s not funny. It cuts my cook time down by so much. Now don’t get me wrong I still love my crockpot but a 6hour time frame cut to 15 minutes? What’s not to love?
10. Fire Stick: We personally don’t have this (yet) but my brother-in-law has been trying to convince us we need one for about six months now. He swears by it so maybe it’s time so give it a try right? I mean it is on sale.
11. Beats Headphones: These are the only headphones Brandon uses anymore, he takes them to the gym, work, everywhere. They don’t hurt his ears if in for a while and don’t fall out easily.
12. Nursing Bras: Maybe TMI for some but that’s fine right? Were all besties here. When pregnant and nursing I’m anywhere from a DD to a DDD so I want and need a bra that has support but doesn’t ‘add’ anything extra to my chest. I love these because they are comfortable, smooth well under clothing, and don’t accent my chest a whole lot because truly we need no help in that area.
13. Apple Watch Band: I wear my Apple Watch daily, but I don’t always like the sporty rubber band, so this one is nice becuase it’s faux leather and comes in tons of different colors!
