Benfits of a facial roller
Jade and rose quartz rollers are all the rage, so many people are obsessed with them and jumping to get one. I’ll be honest, I was not one for a while. I just couldn’t understand what all the hype was about.
Honestly, what was so amazing about rolling a cold stone over my face beside being considered ‘trendy’. Trust me, been there have had those thoughts.
Today, however, I am going to shatter those thoughts and doubts and try and convince you why it’s actually a really nifty little tool. The facial rollers are small handheld massaging tools with two stones made out of either rose quartz, jade, and I’ve seen a few amethyst ones as well.
