Crushing on: vol. 1
It’s no secret the week is typically spent running a mile a minute at almost all times. Work, school, kids, workouts, meetings, and just life in general has us all looking for the weekend right?
But even then sometimes the weekend can feel so busy, Friday nights are reserved for going out with friends or date night, plans with family. Saturdays are for errands so you can repeat Friday night all over again. Sundays are typically for church and finishing those last few things you didn’t quite get done yesterday.
I said it, it’s true the dirty little truth we all know is that there isn’t enough time in the weekend to do the things we want to do before Monday comes back around and the cycle starts all over.
The same is true for me, I am no strange to this sequence of events that is everyday life. My weekdays and weekends are spent the exact same way, but there is nothing wrong with that. It’s from all this hustle and bustle my new blog series has emerged.
Nothing super special if I’m honest but still an idea I had, so why not see how it plays out. I spend my Sunday nights searching the internet, not because I need anything but simply because that’s just what I do. Brandon plays video games before bed while I pick through promotion emails and sales that have been going on just to see what’s all going on.
With that being said I thought I’d make a list of the things currently on the web that I’m crushing on. Things that aren’t a need but I want them anyway so until I get the chance they’ll sit in my shopping cart. A girl can dream, can’t she?
Best self tanner ever
I hate to say it, but I was that girl. Yes that one, the one obsessed with being super tan and risking my skin to get there. Not anymore, wrinkles aren’t cute and the older I get the easier I burn, so this magic potion has been my saving grace.
